Diamond Elite's Garcinia Cambogia Complex
I first heard about Garcinia Cambogia on the Dr. Oz show a long time ago. I had been thinking about ordering some for a while now. I decided to take the plunge and try Diamond Elite’s Garcinia Cambogia Complex. The directions say to take 1 capsule about 30 minutes or so before you eat a meal. So that can be done up to 3 times in a day for each main meal. There is only 60 capsules in the bottle so that leaves 20 days worth to try if you take it 3 times a day. There is no funny smell to the capsules and they are an ok size to swallow with no problems. I heard a lot of positive stories about the weight loss you can benefit from taking this so I am excited to see what happens.
